Protocol & Implementation

  1. Use whole quail to hit the 10% bone requirement safely.
  2. Elk meat and quail hearts make up the 80% muscle meat.
  3. Add 5% elk liver and 5% elk kidney.
  4. Elk is an excellent hypoallergenic red meat option.
